About Us
Our Center is located within the newly completed Tierra del Sol housing complex in Cathedral City, across form the Cathedral City Civic Center. As an "Outreaching Oasis for Seniors" the Center offers a variety of programs, activities and services that include social, recreational, educational and health related service to the senior community. In addition to our regularly scheduled activities the Center has an Outreach Program Department. This is an extensive service that provides bilingual social service and healthcare referral assistance, It also processes renters-home owner utility rebate assistance.
Our Outreach Associates have experience in the social service and healthcare network and are able to assist in matters that are necessary for the quality of life of seniors .For those who cannot physically visit the Center, we will make every effort to transport them here through our Transportation program. But none of this would be possible if it were not for the grants and endowments we receive. Yearly, over 2,000 outreach clients and over 20,000 people are the recipients of our services and activities. We are grateful for our benefactors and members who, through their generosity and support, allow us to continue and expand programs and activities to the Senior population of our area.
